Shipping, delivery and risk

We offer shipping within 5 working days of receipt of payment, insured and with track and trace. For selling we used different couriers including but not limited to UPS, Post NL and DHL. 

Stated delivery times are estimates and not strict deadlines. 

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon physical receipt of the Item. For business buyers, risk passes on handover to the carrier.

The buyer is asked to inspect the item on receipt and to report any transport damage, defect or incorrect delivery to info@usedfrequency.nl within 48 hours, with photographs of the packaging and the item.

Shipping outside the European Union is only available where expressly agreed. Any import duties, taxes and customs charges are payable by the buyer.
